If you’re reading this, most likely you’re in the middle of a transition or thinking about one. You may be the instigator, or not. Regardless of who or what started you on this path, it all feels bigger and more challenging than you’re used to. You’re doing your best to cope yet at the same time, part of you feels like your canoe has capsized.  

You’re putting on a brave face yet behind closed doors ... you feel the anxiety and fear. 

You’re not alone. I’ve been there too: divorce, being fired from a job where I knew in my heart I didn’t fit, significant health challenges, advocating for a child with behavioural issues. Those are just the big ones.

Then there are the “little ones”, like questioning my judgment and whether I’m going in the right direction, or wondering about my relationships with parents and siblings. As you have experienced, these ones aren’t little at all. These are the ones most likely to capsize your canoe.

When facing any of these changes, the right support and tools are everything.
